Comfort Club classes are designed to improve fitness of body and soul through
exercise to music . Ideally you should attend 2 classes a week, if this is not possible attend 1 and pursue another form of exercise once a week also (swimming, badminton etc.,). Each session will include an 'aerobic'
exercise session lasting approx. 45 minutes, followed by a time of relaxation. In addition some sessions will include a short teaching slot where you will be given information to help you understand your bodies' needs,
and how best to make improvements, and why we do certain exercises in the way we do. There are five elements to whole body fitness and 'THE COMFORT CLUB' aims to benefit, assist and provide comfort in all five
areas. The five elements of 'whole body fitness' are:- PHYSICAL
